The management of NEOCHIM PLC implements and maintains a policy focused on ensuring healthy and safe conditions at work.

In December 2023, a recertification audit of NEOCHIM PLC’s Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System was conducted in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018.

The scope of the Management System is „Production and sales of mineral fertilizers and inorganic chemical products”.

A certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018, valid until 20.01.2027, has been issued by Bureau Veritas under UKAS accreditation.

The management of NEOCHIM PLC implements an OH&S policy focused on:

– Establishing an efficient company management organization, through which a flexible and rapid response is implemented when market conditions change and for compliance with our company’s applicable OH&S compliance obligations, of hazards elimination and OH&S risks reduction  OSH and conformity assessment;

– Actively engaging workers and worker representatives in participation and consultation on ensuring OH&S;

– Identifying our responsibility for the health and safety of the customer and the public regarding the impact of our products and processes.
